Dustin began his career in 2000 at McClear/Digital
Studios where he had the fortune and pleasure of working
on many musical projects. Sessions for Alan Jackson,
Avril Lavigne, DMX, Britney Spears and Julie Andrews
being distinct highlights. He also had the pleasure
of being involved with large orchestra records for films,
televisions shows, commercials, and IMAX films. Dustin
also edited sound effects and dialogue for hundreds
of hours of television, and several thousand commercials.
In 2004, Dustin joined Kitchen Sync where he contributed
to documentary and dramatic works for both television
and film as a sound editor and mixer, as well as several
reality and lifestyle TV programs with highlights being
“The Nature Of Things” for CBC, “Aftermath:
Population Zero” for National Geographic, “Da
Kink In My Hair” for GlobalTV, and “Prosecutor
and A Promise To The Dead” for White Pine Pictures.
Dustin has also worked as music editor for the IMAX
films “Under The Sea 3D” and “Hubble
3D”, and has contributed music to “CSI: New
York” for Alliance Atlantis, and “Over There”
for 20th Century Fox. He currently works for Optix Canada.
