Last week, Shure Communications identified a recent project with CEntrance
as one of its "very successful outsourcing efforts". As a brief
reminder, CEntrance provided assistance
to Shure Communications in the development of Cruise Cam, a new advanced
wireless communications product. Cruise Cam was put in production in just
over 4 months. A subsequent quality improvement program raised production
yields by over 25%. The following direct quotes from the Shure Communications
management team describe the experience:
"We really appreciate the work you've done on Cruise Cam. CEntrance
enabled us to meet our customer's aggressive schedule. It was good to
know that I had capable hands keeping the project moving even when I couldn't
devote my full attention to it. Your familiarity with Shure, other providers,
and startups overall really made it an ideal fit for what needed to be
done. Obviously we hope to have opportunities to work together again in
the future," noted Rick Santiago, Director of Engineering of Shure
Communications.
"I want to echo Rick's response and thank you for your contributions.
You were just the right resource at just the right time for us, and I
appreciate your ability and willingness to simply grab the ball and run
with it. It saved us innumerable headaches. We would be happy to reengage
with Centrance on future projects," added Shawn Stahmer, Managing
Director of Shure Communications.
"As a professional services firm, we measure our success by the
success of our clients. Basically, we design the best customer experience
possible," explained Michael Goodman, Managing Director of CEntrance.
"We believe that this philosophy should extend to our clients as
well."
