On Friday, CEntrance received its first customer inquiry from the web
site. This was an exciting occurrence, since up until this point customers
have been calling by phone. According to a precise account of events,
the following sequence took place: A customer was looking for product
development services in Professional Audio, found the CEntrance website,
came in, looked around and proceeded to send a detailed email to sales@centrance.com,
listing the requirements for the job. The sales staff immediately followed
up and learned that the customer represented a well-known, established
manufacturer, looking for help in bringing a new product to market quickly.
"CEntrance is actively establishing relationships with customers
and we are glad to know that the web is working for us in this regard,"
said Michael Goodman, Managing Director of CEntrance. "Even though
we know that this will become standard practice in the future, today we
are happy to celebrate an important milestone in our success story. Certainly
a reason to crack a bubbly."
